10-year warranty on your tooth position with the wire retainer
To maintain the position of your teeth in the long term, we offer the option to apply a wire retainer to the back of your teeth for CHF 400 per jaw. If despite the retainer the position of your teeth changes again, you will receive another Aligner treatment free of charge. And afterwards we will apply a new wire retainer free of charge.
Warranty on the result
Before your treatment, we will show you how your teeth will move into the new position step by step with the help of a 3D simulation. If the preview does not match the actual end result after your treatment, we will produce additional Aligners for you free of charge – until you are happy with the result.

10-year warranty on Veneers
We manufacture our Veneers from high-quality leucite ceramic in our own production facility in Switzerland. They are applied exclusively by our specialised dentists. If your Veneers break or come loose, we will replace them free of charge.

Warranty conditions
Warranty on your tooth position with a wire retainer:
- We guarantee the durability of the material and the long-term retention of your achieved tooth position.
- The warranty on your tooth position applies to teeth that are fixed by the bestsmile wire retainer.
- A requirement for this is regular and thorough dental care. -If your wire retainer comes loose, please contact your bestsmile practice within 14 days.
- Unfortunately, we cannot provide a warranty in the event of dental accidents that result in the retainer coming loose or the tooth position shifting.
Warranty on the result for Aligner treatment:
- We will provide you with additional Aligners until at least 90% of the predicted result shown by the treatment plan has been achieved – and as long as further improvement is medically possible.
- A requirement for this is that you wear your Aligners for 22 hours per day and the Night Aligner for 8–10 hours per night.
- In the event of dental accidents that affect your result, we unfortunately cannot give you a warranty on the result.
Warranty on the Veneer treatment:
- We guarantee the durability of the material and the professional application of the Veneers.
- In the event of dental accidents or self-inflicted detachment of the Veneers, we unfortunately cannot grant you a warranty.
