How do I use the bestsmile Relax Retainer?
Insert the Relax Retainer every night before going to bed.
If you notice that you are also clenching or grinding your teeth a lot during the day, you can also wear it earlier.
How long should I wear the Relax Retainer during the day?
You should wear your Relax Retainer at night – at least 6 to 8 hours.
Is the bestsmile Relax Retainer painful to wear?
